At Treasures, our team is the heart of everything we do. Each member brings unique expertise, a range of lived and professional experiences, and deep compassion to our mission of empowering women in the sex industry and survivors of trafficking to live healthy, flourishing lives. From direct outreach and survivor support to leadership, operations, and advocacy, our staff works together to create a network of care and hope.

Every role matters. Whether coordinating programs, leading support groups, managing partnerships, or amplifying survivor voices, our team ensures Treasures can meet women where they are with dignity, resources, and unwavering support. Together, we are building pathways to healing, freedom, and transformation.

Support Group Leaders

Whether women join a Free to Thrive Support Group, an Empowerment Support Group, or a Bible Study, our Support Group Leaders create safe, welcoming spaces where women are seen, heard, and supported in their healing and growth.

While Treasures offers faith-based groups for those who desire them, there is no faith requirement to participate. Our leaders never proselytize and are committed to honoring each woman’s story, fostering trust, and building communities where women are encouraged, empowered, and reminded they are not alone.
